Rules for safe and lawful use of the platform.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") supplements our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
2. Permitted use
Use the Service only for legitimate clinic operations: patient records, appointments, billing, staff workflows, and patient communications you are authorised to send.
3. Prohibited conduct
Uploading malware, probing systems, or circumventing access controls or credit limits.
Sending unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or WhatsApp content that violates Meta policies or TRAI guidelines.
Storing or processing data you are not legally entitled to hold.
Misrepresenting clinic identity, impersonation, or fraudulent billing.
Reverse engineering, scraping, or reselling the Service without written consent.
Using the Service to provide competing products built on our APIs or outputs.
4. Patient communications
You must obtain patient consent where required before WhatsApp or SMS outreach.
You are solely responsible for message content, timing, opt-outs, and regulatory compliance.
5. Content standards
Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content. You warrant you have rights to all data you submit.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate violations, remove content, limit features, or terminate accounts at our discretion to protect users and the platform.
