5. Legal basis & clinic responsibility
You are the data controller for patient health information. You must obtain valid consent and comply with applicable healthcare and privacy laws (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and state regulations).
Adishtu Tec Lab acts as a data processor for patient data you submit. You instruct us to store and process it solely to deliver the Service.
You are responsible for staff access controls, accurate data entry, and reviewing AI-extracted fields before relying on them clinically or administratively.
6. Sharing & subprocessors
We use infrastructure and service providers (e.g. cloud hosting, payment, messaging APIs) bound by confidentiality and security obligations.
We do not sell patient data. We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
A current subprocessor list is available on request at support@cliniqsnapr.com.
7. Retention & deletion
We retain data while your subscription is active and as needed for billing, legal, and backup purposes.
After termination, we may delete or anonymise data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention.
You may request export or deletion subject to technical limits and legal obligations.
8. Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards. No system is 100% secure.
You must use strong passwords, limit staff accounts, and report suspected breaches promptly to support@cliniqsnapr.com.
9. International transfers
Data may be processed in India and, where necessary for the Service, in other countries with appropriate safeguards.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about your organisation.
