Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until cancelled from the billing area or by written request to support@cliniqsnapr.com.

Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless we terminate earlier for breach.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion for proven duplicate charges or technical failure preventing access for more than 72 consecutive hours attributable solely to us.

No refunds for partial months, unused credits (OCR pages, WhatsApp messages, patient packs), or change of mind.

Yearly plans: no pro-rata refunds after 14 days from purchase unless mandated by law.

One-time credit packs are final sale once credits are added to your wallet.

Filing an unjustified chargeback may result in immediate suspension and recovery of amounts owed plus reasonable administrative costs.

Export your data before cancellation. We may delete data after a reasonable retention window per our Privacy Policy.
